If indeed there is one, remembering that Q4 isn't over yet. Instead of looking for the most complicated reasons I'm more inclined to believe the more obvious one. They probably have nothing to report because its taking longer than expected to reach their goals. They infact may have given us a clue when they included, what I interpret as a qualifyer, by stating that there are no TECHNICAL issues. That doesn't preclude any other issues. Fortunately these are probably much more solvable and shouldn't result in fatal consequences.
