Ha, you're an optimist, Prospector11!

Technical issues are generally much easier to solve than other problems. Politics, here: company politics, is much harder.

Perhaps the lab guys are sitting idle, having all their milestones accomplished (in 100 nm, of course) and are waiting for the managements of the various companies involved to have all their political issues regarding the PDA sorted out.

I am probably exaggerating, but I believe such a scenario is not too far-fetched.
