The problem is they have not been even close to their own stated dates for the milestones. When we met them last year by now we were supposed to be in the middle of a liquidation event where buyeres would bid for the company. The new management was put in for a temporary period to stabilize and sell the company. People that bought the PP were given these assurances and so far they have succeeded on some levels and missed some by a large amount.
