The job posting is definitely from March 2013, not from November. The second result of this job search result clearly shows that the date format is dd/mm/yyyy and not mm/dd/yyyy.
I am quite happy that the posting is from March, because if it were from November, I'd be baffled about such a high degree of unprofessionality of using the OPEL logo and the OPEL Technologies Inc. name.
But now the job posting is from March, and all is fine – except that they still haven't found someone or have forgotten to remove the posting.
