I wonder how one goes about trading under an "anonymous" moniker. How do they buy without a broker, or are they in fact brokers...and how do we know they're also not insiders? It's very strange. It occured to me that TD/Brant or any institution could be buying and selling as "anonymous", then accumulating to get to a large position between 3 seperate entitites.
This happened to one of my plays a while back. The trading patterns and activities, volume increases, and price "management" were actually similar to what's happening with PTK. Then one day, shareholders found out that 3 seperate buyers formed a holding company that tried a hostile run. A second bidder came in and a very feeble bidding war ensued...and the company was taken over for WAY below market value. The two bidders teamed up. A class action suit is still in progress.
That's why I think the first thing we should see is the SRP. Isn't it also the easiest of the expected news events to accomplish?
