regarding insiders. I guess the real question is, when must an insider publish the transaction(s), AFTER the order(s) have been filled? What if the insider's broker is still in the process of completing the purchase transaction. When does the 5 business days reporting rule come into effect?

Anybody have insight on this particular issue?
