YUP! you are right. Add those to the O/S Stock Options and you get:

Stock Options: 22,267,750 + 300,000 = 22,567,750

Warrants: 42,478,569 - 40,000 exercised = 42,438,569

So F/D share count = 197,382,434 + 300,000 = 197,682,434.

So if you want to make a baker's dozen call it 200M shares FD.

Are there any stock options or warrants expiring within the next year?
