Also I just spoke to my broker... .40 is our friend at TD, the rest is Merrill Lynch Canada.

I asked his option on these very small amounts. His 2 cents worth was possible a " Market Maker" to add liquidity to the market. So my next question was who controls this? His reply-- sometimes the exchange..
