TWG is right on, IMO. Big money investors will only look at this investment once there are revenues or PDA/JV partner. This truly a speculative investment right now, with hopes and dreams only. The only investment in this company right now are speculators/day traders/HFT High frequency traders Ie. TD and Anon. The retail investor has stopped buying long ago and is demonstrating "fatigue" and selling into weakness. Thus the down draft. This will change once the company is in a position to provide NR's with substance. Ie. MS 5 and 7 with a military contractor agreement in tow. MS8 (< 100nm CHFET P and N devices) NR with a PDA signing to follow.

I expect the NR's to flow this way:

  • SRP - Shareholders Rights Plan
  • MS7 - 3rd party fab validation. Possible Military contractor agreement.
  • MS8 - 100 nm project with PDA/JV in tow.
  • MS5 - switching laser

Hopefully all before Xmas, but not holding my breath.
