Anyone have any thoughts on (or facts!) on why A.Chowaneic is no longer listed as a Director?

He was appointed last April, with Taylor. # of BOD was increased to 8 to accomodate them. G.Taylor is still listed, but A.C is not. And Lee Shepherd is now listed,... did that happen at the AGM? His original 1yr contract is up this coming week.

Not really concerned, but just wondering. Maybe the SSC is enough commitment for him. Anyway, BOD has some space if they want some new high profile industry people,...
