Well first aves I think you're half right with what major holders know. I don't think they have to know. They just need a nod from POET officials to say 'everything is cool don't worry' no more then that.

Second I definately think you're wrong with the sellers. The mm's, daytraders, whoever, are always waiting for situations (Sheldon selling a few shares and panicy retailers) to do their thing. happened here, happens everywhere. If you were right we'd be back down to $.21 now. Not gonna happen unless POET totally ship wrecks....Now is the time to buy
