It's ajoke, but a serious joke when we know it's done to manipulate the sp and the powers that be says " Okay we'll look into it but we won't get back to you".

Or to put it another way.."Yes, we know it's going on but we don't want to step on any toes"

Or the way I understand it "f##k you small companies and retail investors you're only pawns. We have to look after the real people in control here." How else can u interpret "we won't get back to you"
