Who specifically told you this? Was it Chris Chu or someone else? Just curious....

To be honest. My take on things is if they come out and announce a delay in milestones, then they would have had no reason to wait 15 days past quarter's end to advise us of this. Moreover, the corporate presentation should have been updated much sooner.

The only reason to announce an update late would be for reason's of confidentiality towards brokering a deal with another entity.
