I understand the other reasons fairchij but that doesn't really answer my confusion around what oogee said "demonstrate a chip that will outperform Si CMOS". At current density it has already been proven to outperform Si CMOS. So the main motivation as he stated can't be outperforming, it has to be all the other factors as you mentioned.
