I agree with you that 100nm (or there abouts) when demonstrated successfully will be a huge positive catalyst for POET and numerous negotiations will follow in very quick succession.

100nm (or there abouts) is the large golden key. It puts PET + POET way out in front in type III - IV materials semiconductor capability.

There are other smaller golden keys as well.

My best advise to everyone is just be patient. Many are talking about selling off .... !!!

My opinion is it is not prudent to sell until at least the next update, as it should contain very exciting information.
