Forget it...it isn't/didn't happen, the reasons for which are highly speculated upon.

Regardless, whether the MS completion announcement, or lack thereof, turns out to be material is yet to be seen.

Personally, I believe that if any MS is complete it must be released, as it is material; it doesn't matter to me whether it affects the stock price, what matters is whether it affects the company that I'm invested in.

Lack of news that is due is very unfair, not only to current shareholders, but to potential shareholders who would propel the stock higher.

I don't recall in the definition of "material" given yesterday that it mentioned...saving news to combine with other news for a bigger impact on the market...as being a reason to consider a MS as insignificant.
