We are either right on the verge or up the creek. I like wht fj has said and I think it is very posible that things are being held tight until a deal or license or some thing is finalized. things take time, posibly they have finished the MS5-7 in Q3 but need a signed agrement to move forward. Lets hope.

At least the ask is forcing the bids to buy into the ask price rather then the sellers selling into the bid.
