Q2 2014 if they can hit it isnt so bad. Hopfully BEA will complete MS7 sooner then later and I hope there are no major problems.

Do we know weather or not MS7 has been achieved by the POET lab? I am not sure on that.

Do we know how long our funds will last? When will POET be out of money again?

O yea the observation that the delay may be an issues due to lawyers finalizing paper work, agrements and so on could be valid. I doubt its a case of BAE not being able to duplicate. Maybe they have found an issue with going into mass production and are taking the time to find a way to get better yeilds?
