It's also possible that the MS *were* expected to be reported on time right up until last week. I'm sure they are working on the release of this info as fast as they can.

I guess the best way to handle this is to draft 2 NRs - one announcing a slight delay and the other announcing the completion. Then you set a date and release an NR on that day no matter what; just choosing the one that accurately describes the situation. That way investors are not in the dark.

Don't get me wrong, I think there would still be a bunch of complaining, but it wouldn't be about the lack of news. It would be about the delay, which is temporary.
