I think Atomic "stopped" because they can only do so so much with how things stand currently. It is evident that not only the market, but the US investors are waiting for something concrete before they start investing. So I suspect Atomic will be very ready to roll out a full campaign once the first deal is signed.

Until then, it makes sense they are in hibernation mode. There's only so much "marketing" one can do.
