Please note that Tokyo Electron, the smaller partner in this deal, is valued with 9.3 billion dollars. That's the order of magnitude I'd expect as a minimum value for POET, once its full potential becomes evident.

BTW, "evident" has to be with "evidence", which is what prospective partners and observers at the sideline are waiting for.
