Sandman, if a milestone delay was evident, we would have crashed below .40 already. Instead, there is good support yet again today in the low 40s. Considering how the bids have been hit consistently, those sitting on the bid now are not fake, as they know they could get filled at any moment.

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't announce until 9/30. Having said that, tomorrow would be just dandy :)
