This is a joke. the OTPP had $129.5 BILLION in their portfolio; the fine amounts to a slap on the wrist, if not less. Until they start throwing these crooks in jail, giving a little time to think with all of their criminal friends, this won't stop. In fact, I'd hazard that it inspires them to commit more criminal acts.

Shame on the SEC for not doing the right thing, for being mere figureheads. Disgusted.
