And to do that they rarely chase the asks. They will sit on the bid, a stink bid, usually at key support levels and usually at technical points considered oversold. The RSI is at 30 at .41

Then they will hit a few bids to get it down to the short covering point, causing more panic, especially amongst retailers like the folks on this good board :)
