Perhaps IBK, (employees) are helping to 'expand the shareholder base' as claimed is happening in the last report? So how are they doing this?

How about this scenario; IBK boss comes to you and suggests you borrow $100K on your mortgage line of credit for a year, 2.50 interest, and buy Opel PP at 26cents. Catch is, you must sell in a year,... but the payback is you get free warrants.

If the above is correct, it is a win-win-win,... employee gets almost 100% profit, plus no risk warrants, IBK and Opel gets the financing done, and now new investors get to build a base without having to chase the SP.
