Chart and technical analysis on penny stocks with no real revenues is an absolute joke. Material events have far too much impact on the SP versus technical analysis, which cannot account for these events in their models. It's not possible.

Not believing in POET is one's choice, but using T.A. is not a realiable foundation to base it on.
