You misunderstand my question and perhaps you misunderstand the discussions people are having about what a buyout price should be.

You said fair value is 46 cents. That is the current share price. I didn't ask you for a realtime quote, I asked you what you would consider to be a fair trade for the company. If you feel like honestly answering the question either give me the buyout price for the company (in billions) or the buyout SP (in dollars).

I agree a partnership would derisk POET and a new market valuation of the SP would be in order. But to say POET doesn't solve any problems reaffirms my belief that you have lots to learn about the tech and the company. Either that, or you are trolling.
