that's actually one downside scenario from our standpoint.

bigs* come in, take PTK private for $3-5/share, then once off the open market, flip it for $30-50/share.

something like that leaves us all relatively out in the cold, from the standpoint of very large degrees of return.

we couldn't realize full end-game value of the technology, since it wouldn't be in the open market anymore.

hope that sort of thing is taken into account (how?) when the new SRP is drafted.
