Looks like you're right and because they mentioned 3rd party foundry in the nr we automatically assumed they would need this facility for 100nm when really they had no intention of doing this at all. And really this may be the reason they spent all that money on the new lab to produce this themselves. Since they do read this board they thought it a good idea to set the record straight since we used the wrong assumption pertaining too 100nm .
