Okay, so 6 days in a row of insider selling and a significant pick up in insider selling volume and transactions today compared to other days, along with recent granting of options which are frowned upon by the TSX during blackout periods, and people are saying there is no blackout? That is really hard to believe with the evidence piling up against it. My bet is some are being fed inaccurate info.
From TSX:
"Listed companies should be mindful that options granted during a blackout period will be examined by the TSX. If some doubt exists about whether there is undisclosed material information, boards should consider delaying the grant of options until the blackout period has expired."
