All of us invetsors who remain long on POET are all frustrated with the current SP ..... I find it incredibly undervalued compared to the overall potential. I underline potential for good reason and will come back to that in a minute.

Having said that, as time and several positive PR's have passed us by recently, I can only draw on one conclusion as to why the SP remains so low.

That conclusion is that the market is under a combination of the following factors;

1.0 Exposure

POET still remains largely unknown (but the word is starting to get out slowly). I find progess in this respect has improved recently but still has a long way to go to appease my expectations .... we can only hope/assume Atomic's work will prove effective in the near term future (I still remain positive).

2.0 Perception "too good to be true" - show me proof of adoption

Investors who are aware of POET and have not yet taken a stock position are most likely thinking "is this POET platform too good to be true?" Let's face it we are talking about a new technology that in principle should turn the silicon semiconductor industry upside-down in the forthcoming years. This is a massive industry to change so unless you really understand the POET platform and appreciate the disruptive nature, you can understand why investors are looking at POET (a venture stock with only circa $5.5M in cash on hand) at arms length. So in essence we have a potential earth-shaking, industry changing, disruptive technology .... and that is it.

Yes MS5 and MS7 due in the next 4-5 weeks might have an impact, but I'm not relying on that; however I would like to be proven wrong.

Yes Atomic could deliver on the exposure side, but I'm not relying on that either; again I would like to be proven wrong.

What will definitely change this perseption is one or more PR's confirming Global industry giants are engaging POET through the recent PDA (POET Development Alliance) announcement. If that happens the perception of POET will dramatically change from potential to REAL.

Upon a positive PDA announcement we will have a real adoptive scenario which by definition also means massive exposure, and in turn buyers and volume.

I do not really care if the SP is $0.40 or $0.60 etc. These prices are irrelevent to me.

What will be very relevent is how this stock soars if we get that positive PDA announcement(s).

And I am confident we will see a positive PDA PR in due course because of the following contained in the PDA related PR :-

Establishing a POET Development Alliance (PDA)

The Company will be establishing relationships with one or more industrial partners looking towards jointly adapting POET to commercial scale III-V implementation. Alliance partners will provide key input including intellectual assets, technical staff, manufacturing capability, and foundry resources. In addition to optimizing device parameters and yields, a near-term goal will be to establish comprehensive design rules and a device parameter library for POET, which will proliferate licensed designs in a POET device ecosystem.

"will be" .... not "might", not "should", not "will attempt" ..... "will be"!!!

Those are very bullish words to put into a PR.
