I would not say still reviewing but I would say theyhave just started. Why just now? Because as Peter and Dr. Taylor said, this summer they would hit potential partners (read it it's in news).
These statements made me cringe especially the word "pause". Why put this in the article? Doesn't make anyone happy reading it knowing how the last year has felt like a big "pause" when it comes to share price appreciation and this indicates they still don't have a direction. ARGGGH.
Speak for yourself scary. Again, don't you read news? They just sold solar last year, well, was it this year? Not sure, but the point is that Peter and others are thinking how to make money for us and protect us at the same time and get as much as they can. But to do that a good well laid plan i need it.

Yes they have not decided, which mean they are thinking and are looking for the best outcome. The rest of the industry is way behind POET technologies (product). And scary they have been just talking to the big boys (the talks has started this summer, so it's been only 6 weeks) and they probably sitll are talking and it's good thing if they keep talking (deal in a making).
Another positive to throw into the article. Why say this at all? We've already had enough delays, we don't need it thrown in our faces once more.
It's not negative and it's not positive, it's just the information about the rescheduled date. If you remember, the full optoelectronic integration on a single die is irelevent to the contracts or jv (POET said it many times).
Scary, it's been said by Peter and Dr. Taylor that they would not go out and present what they have, until they were 100000000% sure it's working and will be adaptable and scalable.
Be patient, fall is just around the cornet :)
