If an insider is selling, my guess is Lee P. He owes $100K which perhaps is due now, after a year. Maybe that was the deal; borrow $100K and refrain from selling for a year? Would make sense to pay back from share sales before a run-up.

Makes me wonder about black outs though. Was there ever a blackout, and if so, has the window opened, perhaps briefly, for staff etc to load up?
