I hear what you're saying, but there's a lot of breadcrumbs. will they prove to be the right clues to the puzzle? nobody knows (yet).

that being said, there's no rule banning healthy scenario speculation (legitimate "what ifs"), and imo there shouldn't be.

as to your specific rule5 concern...

a) re: bash/hype, first word is pretty important: "unsubstantiated".

b) re: repetition, only one I've seen recently was sr about EMP hardness (no offense sr).

I hope you would agree that oogee and FJ have enough experience to know where to draw the lines (at e.g., LF's lunatic rants, or baggie's barrage of BS).

as forums go, this one has proven itself to be pretty civil -- and certainly has less (and thankfully, less tolerance for) rezident clowns than The Other One.

one hopes folks are grown-up enough to take with as many grains-of-salt (or not) whatever they're reading here or anywhere else.
