Question on options

Seems no matter what is released we never seem to go up as we all feel we should. The SP was low and stayed around .47-.49 for the longest time and voila, options at .49. Now we have a really good news release and we don't go much of anywhere. What are the chances we will see more shortly announced. Am I way off base here or is that a possibility ? Comments please. Crzyhors
