To answer your question there are approx. :-

1.0 132.6M shares issued

2.0 22.3M options

3.0 42.79M warrants outstanding

So on a fully diluted basis there are approx. 197.6M shares, options and warrants.

The BoD can still issue approx. 4.2M options should they choose to do so under the current stock options plan.

So using your calculation of approx. $5 for every $1B in any possible sale of POET is accurate enough.
