FJ,,,,I guess we will see within the next 10 days on SEDI who of the "non-officer" members of the BOD received the bulk of the 2 Million options @ 49 cents.

Here are my guesses and in order:

Peter Copetti

Adam Chowaniec

Mark Benadiba

Samuel Peralta

Geoffrey Taylor - no. I believe he is considered an officer of the company as Chief Scientist.

may be Chris Tsiofas?? accounting services

may be John O'Donnell?? legal services
