In the MD&A, it states:

"..Additionally, The Company made numerous changes to its corporate structure...These structural changes include; changing its name, managing its patent registrations, expanding its shareholder base and examining other non-Canadian listing opportunities."

This is tangible proof that the stock has been under accumulation the last little while. And that means once accumulation is done, we're going to see a serious push up.
