PTI is incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario. The Company’s shares trade under the symbol “PTK”on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada and under the symbol “POETF” on the OTCQX in the U.S.

New Equipment:

In February 2013, the Company ordered approximately $868,000 dollars of new equipment to upgrade its R&D facility capabilities. All necessary site infrastructure upgrades have been completed and some of the new equipment has been delivered and installed. The delivery of the remaining equipment has been delayed by the supplier and is now expected installed and calibrated by the end of September 2013.
