Here's your answer :-

There is enough cash on hand to last approx 18 months at the current burn rate.

Monetization will occur before end of year; or very soon thereafter.

Even if that is delayed, the company could call upon the major shareholders who have those warrants and request that some are exercised. The value of the unexericed warrants is approx $11M.

There is plenty of cash and generatable cash if required.

However, I honestly believe that once MS7 is done we will have a military lecensing deal very, very quickly. BAE have invested their time and resources in the POET development for all these years for one reason - than they want it.

Furthermore, with whitepapers and test chips in circulation for "interested parties" you have to conclude that additional commercial strong interest is soon going to transform into a JV or buyout.

This technology is disruptive.

So bankruptcy is not even a remote consideration to me.

We have a lot of exciting times ahead.
