No different than any other venture exchange pump and dump for the pat 2.5 years .. Will it ever change ,,who knows!! The US investors were supposed to start buying and change all that.. Not one share of POETF has been bought so far and none yesterday !!! Strictly a day trade ,which I do not do !!
