Gallium Arsenide Is definitely the material of the future. I haven't read the whole article yet but after a cursory look I never saw POET mentioned. That is hopefully going to change with Atomics efforts in the near future. Another rainy, overcast and cool weekend day here in southwestern Ontario. Ho hum, come on Monday !! GLTA crzyhors
