unfortunately that's Questrade for you.

they're pretty new at self-clearing, and when Penson did it for them, things were far far worse.

at least now that they drive their own bus, there's a chance they can get better.

did you need to sell?

if you ask them, they will probably execute through the trade desk and waive the fee.
