KROM, I personally think its too early to discuss that since I believe the price will be higher before we get any offers. If not, then I don't know what happens. Every buyout for any stocks of companies I've owned in the past have never been rejected by shareholders, which in ever case has been quite disappointing. Everyone on the msg boards each time claimed they would vote no but it came back as something like 95% in favour. So don't ever trust that all shareholders and insiders will vote no. The fact that Taylor has been working on this for a few decades though would indicate to me that a low offer would be rejected if common sense prevailed.
