Interesting thought Aves, but pure speculation. It could be that Chowaniec convinced the BOD, from his past experiences, that a licencing deal would behoove the company. Another guess, but that is all we have at the moment. Clearly, no one is going to make an offer until they see what the chip can do. Therefore, whitepapers and chips must be distributed before anything will happen.
