Once again, there is not one "white paper". All the detailed technical data and other info is being massaged to be targeted for each individual prospective buyer/licensee. This type of detailed target massaging takes time and is dependent on the type of business, and use of the technology, that the buyer/licensee is engaged in, or desires to be engaged in. Plus, if the prospect requires to utilize the technology after targeted white paper review, then it is required that a POET tech be on site with chip when they do so. I would suggest this will take some time. In the meantime, military and BAE activities move forward.
