as the (only?) independent director on the BoD, and certainly the only one with a healthy, earned, and respected tenure, would be Sam.

he's demonstrated his integrity by walking in protest before (abandoning a shedload of options in the process!) and I have no doubt he'd do it again if something weren't kosher.

as far as who speaks for "us" ... he's the only one I could really point to without hesitation.
