Thanks Chris. much appreciated and much needed. Don't worry you'll never please some of the whiners on here. The ones with no patience, the ones that want to blame everyone else for their investments when things are not going their way. The only person responsible and the only person to blame (or take credit) is the guy looking back at you when you look in the mirror. So don't blame anyone else, especially on this board.
