@vanvillainEverything you are saying is correct and I think IBK and OPEL both think a buyout is the most likely scenario. *IF* OPEL does intend to go the license route the only way to fend off the advancing horde of cash flush tech giants is the trade secrets held by Taylor and co. If we get low-balled and for some reason shareholders don‘t feel like remaining long the IP is gone. BUT...there is more to know about POET than the patents will tell. There are unpublished trade secrets that Tayor can withhold (if he wants). So the way I see it, in the event of a weak offer, with no subsequent bidding by other companies, we will only have a poison pill and/or the teams unwillingness to hand over the trade secrets to protect our interests.>
