It's too open a scenario...there are so many possibilities for something like this it's hard to imagine.

I think the military app will be sold, because you don't want that tech being licenced out to your enemies. That should get things rolling.

I hope they licence the commercial apps so they can send us gigantic dividend checks (not to mention capital gains) every month for the rest of my life.

I don't know what they will do.
